This is high quality and the second I have had. Does come as a bit of a kit of parts and needs a few minutes of patience to assemble.

Great quality, long sturdy, winds unwinds very well. However the stand comes in so many tiny pieces and the instructions are not clear without the help of a friend I would have just returned the whole thing

Tip of the day, connect to tap and turn on before winding onto drum. Pressure will stop kinks and future problems. Do this when using also. Assembly seemed unnecessary but ok, used a month and leaks from tap but not much, so far ok

One of the worst things I’ve ever bought. I had something that looked similar by Hoselock at my old house, but it was large and ancient so I didn’t bring it with me. Big mistake. This arrived. First of all, it’s sold as assembled. It is not assembled. The visual instructions on the box are one of the worse things I’ve even seen, there are clearest pictograms on Mexican temples. To be fair, the instruction video is pretty good, but it took me half an hour to find that, during which time I read the Amazon reviews. Ouch. Step two is to screw the screws into the vertical bar. I had no holes in the bar and no screws to do this with. I could have macguivered something, but for £50 I expect something to be fundamentally adequate, which this is not. Back it goes, while I go to an actual garden centre to purchase something well made. Dreadful. Read the reviews, and definitely don’t buy this, you won’t like it.

This is not assembled as stated in the description Be prepared to put together a pile of parts with the usual vague instructions Definitely not the quality I have grown accustomed to with Hozelock in the past . Be prepared for a quite tricky assembly with the tiny instruction images. Once together rolling on the hose is a pain as well as it wants to kink every few inches as you reel it on. Definitely Gardena next time for me….sorry Hozelock you are not up to scratch…

Finished article fine. Good value for money. Assembly instructions poor- clearer labelling of parts definitely needed. (I am not a novice at self assembly.

The price is good But the product needs.assembling. this is not easy as the instructions are minimal and the parts are not numbered. If you are not good at building things you could struggle a bit. I ended up watching youtube videos by independent shops that explain how to build. The item is made with plastic and mild steel so it's built cheap. I don't expect it to last long if kept outside so I am going to store it indoors. The plastic parts did not fit together properly but it still works. So for the money it's ok but don't expect too much

In der Artikelbeschreibung und auf den Bildern wird suggeriert es handelt sich um eine montierte Schlauchtrommel, falsch es kommt ein wackeliger Bausatz. Mich hat die Qualität nicht überzeugt. Wenn man das Ding aber montiert hat und die mindere Qualität feststellt kann man es ja nicht mehr zurück schicken, da man den Schlauch zur Montage abschneiden muss.

Buona qualità, adeguata al prezzo. La ricomprerei. Istruzioni per il montaggio appena sufficienti (comunque sufficienti), forse non proprio alla portata di chiunque.

The hose is great. The reel is a handful, but the sink adapters are terrible; they leak and sometimes lose their grip and splash water everywhere. Be careful if you are using with your kitchen or toilet sink.
