I won’t recommend buying the product neither the seller
Stopped working even before it was used. Doesn’t look like if it is waterproof as the gaps are quiet obvious. Seller are happy to refund only I pay for postage which is poor customer service

Total rubbish
It didn't hold the batteries properly, it didn't stay on the wall properly, it never worked properly. My 4 year old got hold of it and finished it off in about 2 seconds. It is quite simply a dreadful design. Calling it 'cheap and nasty' is an insult - it is more correctly 'worthless and dreadful'.

quack, quack went the duck...
I wanted something that I could use to ensure the children, and the rest of family would save water when using the shower.. This is a nice little toy for it.. The only downside, which isn't really a downside but as I am fastidious about gadgets and how they should work, I would like to have had a lock mode in that the time is set and then it cannot be changed.. (children are very good at finding out how things work, and they very often change the timer to suit the time in the shower....i.e. up from 2 minutes to 4 minutes). Other than this, it is a good sensible price and it does what it is supposed to do.. encourage the whole family to consider the length of time they spend in the shower..

Made a real difference to the gas bill
Yup, just set the duck off, and you'll soon start to gain an awareness as to where the gas bill money is being spent. You can set the Duck to count upwards if you're just curious as to how long you've been in the shower for, or use it like an egg-timer and have it count down and beep to tell you to get out of the shower after 15 mins, rinse out the hair dye after 5 mins, or whatever. It may sound really silly, simple and pointless, but like I say, it's really helped me manage my energy usage.

Love the duck, hate the hook
The duck contains a simple countdown timer which is all that you need to initiate "shorter shower" competitions. We are already down to 2 minutes 45 seconds, and getting lower, without skimping on cleanliness. It's a really great idea for getting the whole household enthusiastic about water saving. However, and it's a big however, the duck is held up by a very small suction device. I have others in the bathroom that work well, but this one keeps on jettisoning the duck to the floor tiles. Since the duck is hard plastic, he's not long for this planet. There's a second however, and that is that the instructions tell you not to spray water directly on the duck. It's a race against time whether over exhuberent showering or a catastrophic fall will get him first.
