Not worth the money!
The product requires 2 AA batteries and has to be turned on to work. It emits a whirring motor sound that I find irritating. Not all the smoke gets sucked in unless you position your cigarette close to the vents and when you do, it burns your cigarette out much faster. The picture is not close to what it really looks. There is no replacement for the foam that will eventually get dirty after a pack or two. Just junk.

The product is cheaply made ,of plastic.the batteries like to vibrate out of machine and it is very noisy. Sorry won't be recommening this product to anyone real soon.

i wish the reviews showed before i made the purchase all of the one star reviews are true. its a good idea but very poorly and cheaply made. its loud there's no light like the pics show there's no filter if i could give a 0 star i would. if i could get a refund i would but its a china company so good luck with that, not worth the money. no it doesn't remove the smoke as it just spreads it around. it looks like it would be a good idea but looks and is very cheap made its a little bit lighter than a glass ashtray

Smokeless ashtray
This ashtray is absolutely wonderful, the only drawback is that you have to outline where the on button is because if you get it in a certain color or in any color the button matches that color so I use the sharpie and put a circle where my on button was made it easier. This takes the smoke out of the air and if anything can help cigarette smoke it's this ashtray

Fair product for decent price
Ok design, looks cheaply made but works well enough for what I need for. Don't know if this thing has a timer or what because it goes off after 5 minutes of being on. Also got it when promised.
