Pretty good. I feel a little more better after taking these. But I also don't feel any major changes. It didn't change my life Make me smarter or help me lose weight or anything else like that. But It did help with a little bit of brain fog tho. But I'm also taking a bunch of other vitamins along with just this one so take my opinion with a grain of salt. So far it hasn't done any damage but it hasn't really made significant changes either

Excellent FULL Trace Minerals Supplement!
Excellent for stress & anxiety (cortisol), together with appx 350-400 mg elemental magnesium glycinate (not just magnesium weight), L-Theanine, and Ashwagandha. We love these little guys. Nice and small which is refreshing. And a great way to make sure you're getting all your important trace minerals. We now have them on subscription. Excellent product!

Don’t stick your nose in the bottle! It has a slight odor! No side effects though! Plus your nose will get caught in the bottle! Depends on the size of your nose!
