Okay, but could be better
Some exercises are a bit more difficult and unable to do for some seniors over 60. And some of the instructions are not as clearly written as they should be for someone in their senior years. But they are beneficial when able to follow.

I am a senior with limited mobility and these exercises are helping ne to increase my upper body strength.

Looks like a good book. However, not a single solitary thing about the author. Who is he? What are his credentials? Never saw this in a book before. An introductory note on the author and what his background is would have been helpful.
