Brilliant, does what it says on the tin, car now starts first time.

I chose this battery after reading online reviews. It was significantly cheaper on Amazon than anywhere else online or local motor factors.

This is a quality battery at the most competitive price I could find anywhere. My car (2014 BMW 320xD) is one of many that requires "coding" when having a new battery fitted. This needs specialist software and plugging into the diagnostic port. If you don't do this then the car will overcharge the new battery and the life will be massively shortened. Madness that cars like mine (and most) are unable to detect a new battery and do this automatically. The "mechanic" I engaged claimed to be able to do this but his equipment was not up to the job and I ended up going to the garage that does my servicing. So, my advice is to ask the mechanic to verify that his equipment can communicate with the battery management system BEFORE allowing him to fit the new battery. He does not need to enact any changes at this point but just prove to you (on screen) that he has accessed the code and his equipment will allow him to make the changes.

Don't buy. Will not replace after five months of use, response from company after sending back for testing, it could have been faulty when sent out as it was 5 months old then. I am just emailing regarding the outcome of your warranty claim. The warranty on your battery covers all faults caused by manufacturing workmanship or material. The warranty however does not cover the following Non-Manufacturing Defects like sulphation, Wear and Tear, Deep or Over Cycling, Overcharging, or undercharging, Case damage, Terminal damage, Incorrect Application, Fault Diagnosis / Installation. As the voltage is below 10.4V, a process of sulphation occurs. Sulphation is a build-up of lead sulphate crystals and this can cause loss of cranking power, longer charging times and premature battery life. Crystals can build naturally in a battery, but with regular use and charging of the battery the crystals are small enough to be broken down. However, at the point of sulphation these crystals are so big that they cannot be broken down by the battery’s natural process. This reduces the conductive area on the metal plates inside of the battery, which means there is less usable capacity. As your battery’s voltage is reading 2.94V, the battery is fully discharged, however as the battery has not been recharged sufficiently it has led the voltage to drop further to the point of sulphation. This then prevents the battery from working to its full capacity again. Unfortunately, based on these details which are stated in our terms, we are unable to replace this battery under the warranty and it is now void. Fits 2003 e-class perfectly. Arrived a day earlier than promised, very well packaged. Cheaper than buying locally.

This is no doubt a fine battery to upgrade to, as I thought I would give my 2016 Volvo XC60 a boost for those winter months. However, after fitting mine, I found that the plastic battery cover would no longer cover the battery due to its tapered design fouling the oversized battery. I had to fasten it down with a few tyraps, though this still left a gap for air to enter the battery compartment, which may lead to terminal verdigris. So, just be aware that the claim that this battery "fits your vehicle" (Volvo XC60 specifically) is not strictly true, so be prepared to adapt!

An amazing battery. Fast easy delivery. Well packaged.

Perfect fit for my E90 M3 and loads cheaper than my local BMW dealer. Highly recommend if you need a new battery and don't want to pay dealer prices. Installation is straight forward but you will need a code reader to tell the car the battery has been replaced.

Nach etlichen Problemen mit meiner alten Batterie, kam nun diese zum Einsatz. Nur kurz nochmal aufgeladen (mit einem AGM Ladegerät), da durch die Lagerung ja doch etwas Ladung verloren geht. Funktionen einwandfrei, Start/Stop Automatik funktioniert seit Jahren mal wieder vernünftig (wobei ich diese immer ausschalte wegen der Batterie) und die Batterie kam neu und unbeschädigt an. Was will man mehr.

この商品の他に、ちょっと安いVARTAのバッテリーとかも検討しましたが、どちらにしても安い買い物ではないので、失敗したくはなかったので、やっぱりBOSCHにしてみました。どれ程の性能差があるか判りませんが、とりあえずBOSCHの方が若干ですが軽いみたいだし、安心感があるので満足です。 もちろんエンジンの始動性も抜群です。
