Thumpity thump
The muffler on my Polaris 425 Magnum has rusted out and the OEM mufflers were discontinued long ago, and I couldn’t find a used one that was priced affordably, so I bought this universal muffler. Usually universal means they don’t fit anything, at least without some fabrication, which in this case was true, but it was minor. I had to do a little grinding on the adapter to open it up slightly so it would slide over my exhaust pipe, then rig up a hanger for the back. All in all I’m very happy with the end product, it’s a pretty decent quality muffler, it looks nice, and sounds good. I leave the baffle in, I like a quiet engine, and it’s rather loud if the baffle’s out. Plus you can’t beat the price, there’s nothing else I could find this cheap for the quality and ease of fit.

Works well. Louder and better sounding than stock.
Installed the matte black version on my '09 ninja 650R and it sounds pretty good. With my earplugs and helmet on I couldn't hear the exhaust at hwy speeds over the wind noise. I took out the DB killer and now it's perfect. Had to buy a mid-pipe to connect it, and none of the pipes they sell on amazon fit perfectly so it has a small leak. Works as it should, and for a good price.

(using a header/mid pipe off ebay) + (This muffler) On my Z125 Pro
I bought an aftermarket header+mid pipe off ebay and combined it with this slip on muffler on my Z125 Pro. Welded it to the mid-pipe in addition to using the springs as well as added a hose clamp for extra security and to keep the whole thing stabilized from continuous wheelie practice. Sounds perfect with the DB killer installed. Going to remove it tomorrow and see how it sounds without it but if its too obnoxious im putting it back in. Excellent value for the money. It looks amazing and feels decently built. Would not hesitate to buy another one if I ever find myself needing an exhaust. Not sure how it well it would work on bigger bikes though.

Additional purchases may be required…
Way better than the stock exhaust for my 2025 Ninja 500. You definitely need to buy a mid-pipe separately (I can only speak for my bike); that wasn’t clear to me with my first purchase and I had to buy one (also around $35). Quick and easy install outside of that. Good for a first, cheap mod on a new motorcycle. Sounds good, looks good. Louder than it appears in video, but not obnoxiously so

Definitely worth the price.
Let me start by saying the only thing less cool than a scooter is a loud scooter. However this was the last piece to my build. I built the engine of fiddle 2 scooter to 180cc (yes 63mm), big valve ported head, cam ect. I really wanted to keep the stock exhaust, I cut the rear most baffle out of it which was about as much as I could do with the stock muffler. I wanted to see if the stock exhaust was holding me back. I bought this because number one it was cheap but also it was black! It seems every aftermarket muffler on the market is some version of chrome and anodized looking colors. I had a front pip from an ice bear trike so I cut it up, welded the spring tabs on and used a gy6 swing arm to make a bracket. I’m pretty impressed. The quality is good. Something to remember is this is a straight through muffler with fiberglass packing. It’s loud, there’s no way around it. The silencer helps but it’s still loud.l way beyond the stock exhaust. I didn’t notice much of a performance bump. Certainly didn’t gain any top end. These little engines don’t need a straight through muffler with a 2” bore. However there’s not many options out there. It will stay on for now, I’m starting to get used to the little grow of the 180cc.

Thorough review, hope it helps.
2025 Kawasaki ninja 500 - I have to get an elbow joint because it doesnt line up where the support bracket is from the stock exhaust. I have it jerryrigged for now but it will look pretty clean once its fitted correctly. Videos won't do it justice for sound. Review is relevant to price as everyone knows exhaust are pricey and this is cheap. SOUND: 10/10 It's great if you like "loud and proud" with some additional pops every shift. LOOKS: 10/10 Huge improvement from stock exhaust. Much lighter and smaller. Clean. INSTALLATION: 10/10 Easy for sure, nothing my walmart tools couldn't handle. Functions as it should, its a pipe. Fitment is on you to look nice if universal fitting doesnt apply to your bike like mine. Exhaust in photos will be positioned differently once i properly put it on. No leaks if done right (obviously). Mine spits a little where the gap is until fitment is fixed. The gap allowing air out was much larger but i bent the braket holder a little to make it less. Last 2 photos show this. I was impatient amd wanted it on then and there at 9pm at night 😂. Dont know when ill fix it lol. Hope this helps. :)

Meh, save up, get better
Mediocre tone, good fit with an aftermarket midpipe. After just a few hours of riding the "carbon fiber" is bubbling up and peeling off.

Sounds good
It’s a good muffle for the price I put it on my klx300r and it made it sound pretty good and not near as loud as I was thinking it would be but that’s why it has a removable baffle but I left it in because it was loud with it out! Another thing is the smallest diameter of the coupler is still larger then the stock klx piping so reducers will be need for klx300r still way cheaper then any other slip on you can buy that is for the bike !
