2022 laptop with good ports and upgradeability
Sadly is all I could afford at the 1200 mark but the 3060 handles most of the games I throw at it with decent frames at 1080p and 1440p. I play call of duty with an average fps of 65. And apex legends with an average fps of 90. The laptop also supports HDMI 2.1 and other Nvidia technologies like Gsync and reflex. I personally am not a big fan of gaming on the laptop screen, as this screen leaves much to be desired. The screen isn't that bright, the colors don't pop, it only has 165hz refresh rate as opposed to 240hz and is a 16:9 aspect ratio instead of 16:10. And is IPS not OLED. So I dock my laptop to an external monitor and get really good performance, granted the monitor I own is a beast with 240hz refresh rate and freesync premium pro. But yea, I'm very happy to report that you're able to upgrade the ram up to 64GB according to the intel website and it has a second NVME SSD Gen4 M.2 slot. It also has a decent selection of ports including a full size SD card reader, a feature that the newer HP omens got rid of. So ports are great as well as upgradeability.

Tendency to Crash Due to Driver Issues
I used this HP Omen 16 laptop out-of-the-box for a couple of days and it crashed 3 times while using it. HP support told me that this model laptop has known driver and BIOS issues that cause it to suddenly go to a blue screen and crash. I restored the factory image twice and downloaded HP drivers in an attempt to stabilize the system. It did not work. The online CHAT forum reported similar problems with this laptop model. I returned it to AMAZON and do not recommend its purchase.

Performance and battery
The battery is not great, it only lasts for 2 hours. The performance was not extraordinary to me.
