Beautiful dress, just was too long.

The dress was too small in the arms and waist, I bought it for a party and thanked God I bought 2 outfits. The dress overall is ok, but the price to return it to China is 179.00 ( Of course they don't give you a dime towards postage)You can look above and see that the dress I thought was from a local supplier because it came very fast and the return policy was there.So, first, this was a horrible experience. I will not buy anything else that I cannot return based on the return policy unless I can verify they will pay the return fee. Amazon should make it clear that returns processed and accepted are two different things. They will accept it back, but the price of the space shuttle ride is more than the dress.

The top part of the dress is too stiff. Hard to get in and out of. Absolutely no give, no stretch. It looks good on. Feels very restricting when trying to raise my hands.

Bright and beautiful just like the picture, has a little stretch but can be a little snug if you have broad shoulders.
