Excellent PETG filament with great layer adhesion and clarity
I've run several rolls of filament through my printer, and this Creality PETG has been one of the easiest materials to work with. I used the transparent version on my Ender printer, and the prints came out with excellent layer adhesion, strong parts, and a nice clean finish. The filament was neatly wound right out of the package, which meant no tangles or feeding issues. I also appreciated that it arrived vacuum-sealed with desiccant, and I had no noticeable moisture problems. Printing was smooth with very little stringing once I dialed in my settings. Compared to PLA, the finished parts feel much tougher and more heat resistant, making this a great option for functional prints. The transparent color isn't crystal clear, but it gives a nice translucent effect that looks really good on lamps, containers, and other decorative pieces. I've had consistent diameter and reliable extrusion throughout the entire spool, and the odor during printing was minimal. For the price, this is an excellent PETG filament and one I'll definitely be buying again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dependable, easy-to-print PETG with strong and durable results.

Creality is the best!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best PETG I’ve Ever Used – Creality Has Nailed It! I’ve printed with probably a dozen different brands of PETG over the years (eSun, Overture, Inland, Hatchbox, etc.), and the Official Creality PETG in black is hands-down my new go-to filament. It’s genuinely flawless right out of the box. Why it earns 5 stars: Zero moisture issues – Came perfectly dry in the resealable bag with a fresh desiccant pack. I printed straight away in my humid garage and had no stringing, popping, or bubbles. Insanely consistent diameter – I measured multiple spots with a micrometer: 1.74–1.75 mm all the way through the spool. That translates to perfect first layers and no clogged nozzles. Flow & layer adhesion are outstanding – Prints like PLA in terms of ease, but with real PETG strength and flexibility. I’m getting stronger, tougher parts than with any other PETG I’ve tried. True black color – Deep, glossy, rich black with no translucent or grayish tint. Looks premium once printed. Virtually odorless – My wife usually complains about PETG smell; she didn’t even notice I was printing. Runs perfectly on my Ender-3 V2, CR-10, and Bambu X1C – Stock settings from Creality’s website worked on the first try (245 °C nozzle, 80 °C bed, 40 mm/s). I’ve already gone through two full kilos doing functional parts (drone frames, tool holders, outdoor brackets) and everything has come out tough, impact-resistant, and beautiful. No warping, no delamination, even on big 10-hour prints. If you’re tired of babysitting cheap PETG that strings, cracks, or arrives wet, just buy this. It costs a couple bucks more than the budget brands, but it saves so much time and failed prints that it’s actually cheaper in the long run. Creality, please never discontinue this stuff! Already ordered four more spools. Highly, highly recommend.

Reliable, Clean Prints, and Great Value for the Price
I’ve gone through several spools of Official Creality PETG, and it’s been one of the most consistent performers in my 3D printing lineup. The ease of use really stands out; it dials in quickly with standard PETG settings and doesn’t demand endless tweaking to get clean results. Stringing is minimal when tuned properly, and even straight out of the box it performs better than most budget PETG options. The print quality is sharp, layers fuse tightly, and the finish has that smooth, glossy look that PETG is known for. In terms of functionality, it’s versatile enough for both cosmetic and functional parts; I’ve printed brackets, enclosures, and small mechanical components with no warping or brittleness issues. The filament quality feels excellent; consistent diameter, no bubbles, and it feeds smoothly through the extruder without snagging. Combine that with the value for money, and it’s hard to find a reason to spend more unless you need ultra-specialized material. Overall, a dependable, no-nonsense PETG that delivers solid results every time. Highly recommended for anyone who wants reliable performance without the premium price tag.

Great filament I'm happy with this purchase.
I'm very pleasantly surprised by great this prints out. I did dry it for 4 or 5 hours before printing the only thing I've noticed with it is that when it's heating up it oozes alot. Thankfully my printer automatically does a wipe and a purge line before it starts so I haven't had any blobs in the print. I still enable the outline when I print with it though. The color is spot on to beige, with zero transparency issues. The spool is nicely wound up but for the first couple loops off the spool the filament seemed like it was binding or bitting into itself but that issue was gone after about 2 hours of printing. Filament diameter is consistent 1.75+- and my flashforge loved it. Once again Great filament can't go wrong here.

Compared to other cheap petg (novice printer opinion)
Very good filament. Easy printing. I like to take this one slower. I paid like 15$ I think. Better, way better quality than 3D Ho Joy or whatever petg. Print this moderately slow. 3d ho joy seems you need to print it faster to avoid hard bubbling. But then it strings like crazy. The transparent effect is good. It's not like unbelievably awesome but it is good. It has the effect of being wound from silk.

Great Filament!
PETG can be particularly finicky to work with, so you definitely need to make sure it's dried and that your print settings are dialed in for the best quality. After having done that, it's been great and consistent quality on both my Bambu A1s. In my experience, it tends to stick too well to the textured plates, so I only print onto a smooth/high temp plate, and it comes off the plate pretty easily once it's cooled. For my use case, I'm printing at 20mm/s and haven't had any adhesion issues on a clean build plate. Once printed, this stuff is pretty durable, even in "spiral vase mode" (and after plenty of tinkering) can hold water without leaking! I've ordered a handful of these, and each one has been neatly wound with great packaging! Also no issues with clogging the nozzle. But I did find out that if you have your flow ratio set too high, it can start building up around the nozzle as it's printing and cause issues.

Amazing Product Absolutely recommend!
This company's filament is fantastic, and I enjoy using it regularly. The appearance, flexibility, and tangle-free spool ensure it doesn't clog, resulting in high-quality prints. I wish I could afford to buy more often and try different types.

💩💩💩💩💩 TWO DEFECTIVE ROLLS wreaked havoc on my brand-new Creality K2 Plus printer!!!!
I just received a brand new Creality K2 Plus printer, so instead of using the tried and true PETG that I've been using Successfully for 2 years, I opted to order this 'Creality' brand PETG instead.. Same company, it should work.. Right?! Nope!! Not even close!! 1 black roll / 1 gray roll. Both placed in the new SUNLU quad roll dryer - Set for PEGT - Left to run until done drying.. Print 1: Fails miserably.. Not enough heat to liquify properly, delamination, skipping, etc.. *This is where I 'assumed' that it was 'User Error' on My part.. So I keep re-doing / re-setting, etc. Same Thing.. FAILURES TO PRINT.. I finally figure it out - IT'S THE FILAMENT'S FAULT! It wasn't 'wound' onto the spool . . . it looked more like 'BRADED'! The line twisted onder and over line several rows over from it, knotting up, binding, jamming the printer's extruder.. *This lead to a few nuclear melt downs, having to keep disassembling the extruder, clean out nuked tips, etc... Onto Roll Two: Gray roll, load, extru . . . extru . . . NOPE! NO EXTRUDE . . . The stuff wouldn't melt properly.. What?!?! Again . . . NEW PRINTER, so I assume this has to me Me or the Printer! NOPE! Laser-Thermometer readings don't lie. Everything on the machine end Was Correct And Hot.. I had to max out the tip temp, get it to melt in manually, but then it Wouldn't Retract.. *This nonsense repeats on an endless loop before finally working . . well . . for 3/4 of a print . . Then FAILED.. Yet again, it stopped melting, jammed the tip, and splooged out all over the hex-section of the nozzle.. C'Mon!! So at this point, I go to cut the line at the spool, and Go Figure . . . the line is all knotted up in a bird-nest AGAIN. TWO ROLLS Back To Back - Different Colors, so, Different Batches.. Not Cool. [3 previously used brands work fine!!] *I initially intended on contacting the seller directly, but Amazon decided to make that harder to do/find, so, I guess we'll just rant about it here. HEADS UP!! [As Of Right Now] . . . ***AVOID!! -- NOT RECOMMENDED!!*** *I'll update IF/WHEN this issue is addressed/corrected
