Needs more venting, but still big upgrade over the stock facial interface
This review is for the il2 version.Cons:1. Was not compatible with the stock glasses spacer. The curves and hooks did not line up properly.2. Difficult to install compared to the stock facial interface and 3 other brands I'm trying. I assume this is for the same reason it doesn't work with the glass space; the curves are off a little.Pros:1. Once installed, it's more comfortable than the stock interface with the stock strap and with the Binbok battery comfortable head strap it's very comfortable.2. Venting does help reduce fog, but not completely. If there is felt moving air, like when I play under the A/C vent or outside with breeze this product works fine, but if when I don't have felt moving air, even if the room is cool, I experience fogging to a lesser degree when wearing the headset for say more than 20minutes continuously. With a comfort strap it's easy to lift the quest momentarily to vent the heat, but when you're playing a game like Population One, that moment can be the difference between winning and losing. I ultimately went with the Kiwi Top Version which solved the fogging issue for me but costing a whopping $40 :(Bottom Line:If you're not looking for an anti-fog solution and don't need the glasses spacer, this could be a good option for added comfort.

Terrible Foam
These foam replacements suck. The foam isnt of the same quality as the original Quest face foams. The original foams are made of some sort of high density foam. These are very low density and do not hold the headset comfortably. Also, the cover they use is wrinkly and it ended up hurting to wear after a short time. Hated them. Returned.

Doesn't stay in place
The top part clicks in place but the 2 bottom parts of the face plate don't click and stay in place so it's constantly coming off.
