I needed an extra remote for guests or family members or just in case my wife or I loose one. This remote was the exact remote that came with my GateNear Automatic Sliding Gate and it works as expected.

These remotes are so small, they are very easy to lose. It's nice to be able to order a replacement for a reasonable price. Works perfectly with GateNear branded opener, I can't speak for other systems.The only complaint I have is that the battery came pre-installed without any non-conductive isolator to keep it fresh. If these sit on the shelf for long, the battery could go dead. Hard to say if you are getting full battery life with them.

No tips how to pair control

I have a large wrought iron Aleko-made gate with their control box as well. Their fobs are more expensive to replace, so I thought I’d try this universal remote.Nope. Does not work with the Aleko brand, so there’s your heads-up.No stars off for my mistake. This may be just what you need.

The media could not be loaded. I have a gatenear opener that came with two remotes, but also needed a third remote for my third vehicle. This remote works great with the opener and was super easy to set up. Once set up it has worked well. It's very nice to have the separate buttons for opening, pause, and close. So you can stop the gate and then continue in the same direction. If you need a new remote and this will work with your opener, it's a great buy.
