Exact replacement
For the price, you might as well change the unit every few years, and it is fairly simple to do. The problem is knowing that this is what is causing your problems.

Well made product
This is a well made product, I see no defects and no reason it would not perform as it should. However in my case the manual for my furnace I found online was incorrect the model year was wrong. I think my unit was upgraded with a new burner and therefore the flame sensor was updated. So bottom line, I can;t use this product but at the same time I can find anything wrong with the product to prevent it function as it should. Lesson learned - always try to verify the part before ordering :)...

Works great!!
This is the exact part I needed for my furnace. It is an older model so finding parts has been somewhat of a challenge. My furnace has not been running right but this gadget fixed the problem. Super thankful that Amazon has everything I need and at a reasonable price.

A must have for anyone with a gas furnace
There are two things that are going to fail on your gas furnace eventually: the flame sensor and the ignitor. This product covers the first one. If your furnace is lighting, running for about 15 seconds, then going off, and cycling repeatedly like that, you've got a dirty or failing flame sensor. At that point, you can put in a service call, spend $100 for a technician to show up and $40 for a sensor, after spending a night in an ice cold house - or you can keep one of these on hand, and do it yourself in less than ten minutes. There are a few different kinds, so make sure this matches your furnace. If it does, this is a great deal for a crucial part.

Exact fit for my Rheem furnace.
This is one of those items you can DIY yourself and save a ton of money versus calling an HVAC guy to diagnose and replace this item. This is the most common item that needs cleaning periodically since natural gas isn't totally "clean" and it leaves deposits on the flame sensor which interferes with the signal to the mother board sensors. My last furnace was 25 years old when I replaced it in 2023 and I had to clean the flame sensor every three or maybe four years to keep the furnace happy. These are an exact replacement for my Rheem furnace and it's not too difficult to get to on the bottom side of the burner assembly.

Works Perfectly in My Rheem Super Quiet 80
I have a Rheem Super Quiet 80 that I am constantly changing the flame sensor. So, when it failed, I got these. I replaced the old flame sensor and installed this one with no problems. Perfect fit. Furnace lit right up and stayed on.And it's been working ever since. And I got the 2-pack, just in case...Just sayin'.
