Pretty decent filter if you have good water. The water in my small rural town is awful
Upon more research online I learned that this B15 filter I bought from Amazon only filters out heavy metals, not debris or bacteria/viruses

Used filter
It was not sealed the package was torn open and both the filter and package was put in another plastic bag. The filter looked used and touch the bottom of it left slight moisture on my fingers
