Though I'm not a slim person , in order to have a good snug fit, I ordered size M which is the smallest mentioned. But unfortunately even that was a little on the loose side not a snug fit to keep my tendons in proper place without moving too much to cause me discomfort.

Update: I received the white pair and am happy with them as well. I was diagnosed as diabetic 4 years ago. I do not take medication and control my disease with diet and exercise. This summer I began having swelling in my feet, ankles and discomfort in my shin on one leg. I found that wrapping an elastic bandage around my foot and ankle helped relieve the swelling and discomfort, but it was very cumbersome and eventually felt too tight, leaving indentations and irritation on my skin. The thought occurred to me that maybe compression socks would help. After doing some research, I discovered these and loved the idea of toeless ones since it's really hot right now. After measuring my ankle and the circumference of my foot, I order one pair in black in size small (I wear a size 7 1/2 - 8 shoe). They came yesterday evening, and I wore them last night for 3 hours. Amazing! My feet feel so much better now. The swelling, discomfort is gone. I was a little concerned that I had some indentation at the top, but it is slight and goes away quickly. These socks are effective, provide wonderful support, fit perfectly with just the right amount of compression. It is a little tight getting them on, but they stretch sufficiently. I just put them on, and they actually look cute with my sandals. I just ordered another pair in white. I highly recommend them to others. Be sure to measure your feet to assure the right fit.

Ich trage diese Socken wegen meiner Polyneuropathie in der Nacht und mir helfen sie gut das Brennen zu unterdrücken wahrscheinlich weil die Durchblutung angeregt wird, was gut für die Beine ist. Ich habe andere Socken vorher probiert die ein bisschen zu eng waren. Das lag aber daran dass ich sie in der Waschmaschine gewaschen habe das sollte man wohl nicht machen mit der Zeit werden die kleiner und dann schnüren die ein. Diese sind angenehm weich und angenehm zu Tragen Schnüren nicht ein und erfüllen meiner Meinung nach ihren Zweck aber das muss eben jeder selber probieren. Aber auch hier wieder wichtig nur Handwäsche. Ich würde sie mir auf alle Fälle wieder bestellen

I’ll admit I was skeptical, but these neuropathy socks are AMAZING!!! I have been struggling with a tingling sensation in my right foot for over a year. Nerve tests found nothing wrong. It turns out I am pre-diabetic. I’m working to avoid becoming diabetic, but in the meantime, I put this sock on my foot and the tingling instantly went away! I was finally able to get a good nights sleep! It’s easy to put on, unlike most compression socks. It provides enough support to be helpful, but not so much that it cuts off the circulation to your toes. I only wish I had found these months ago!
