Best surgical bra
I ordered this bra for use after my bilateral mastectomy. I got the bra today and tried it on. It fit perfect. I can tighten it or loosen it to allow for the compression I need. The hook and eye closures seem to be of good quality, the material the bra is made of is very comfortable. Everything about this bra seem to be of excellent quality. I might start wearing it prior to surgery it is that comfortable.

Best sleep bra EVER!!
2 years ago I had open heart surgery to replace my mitral valve. I have a nice scar in the center of my chest. I was given a post surgical bra with a zipper after surgery. When I went to get a new one thry were $60+ which is crazy. I just dealt with the night pulling and prickles from the scar. Lately I have lost a good bit of weight so the "girls" were pulling to the sides and my neck and shoulders would hurt an hour into sleep. I blamed the pillow switching up to 3x a night. I got these wore it last night and for the first time in 2 years I had no picking of pain at my scar and no neck or shoulder pain. It is a light compression. Never would I think I would sleep in a bra but I had the best sleep I have had in a long time. There are 4 rows of hooks but they are small and flat and you don't even feel them. I highly recommend this bra.

Size down 2 sizes
Pros:great pricequick delivery (and returns)soft materialtags on outside so they don't irritate your skingood color selectionvarious hooks and velcro to ensure a good fit as needed. Ex: due to swelling and/or healingCons:Sizing it too large. I followed the size chart. For my measurements (38G) the chart said I needed a 3XL.While the 3XL fit, it had no compression at all. It was like wearing a snug tank top at best.Though I need comfortable compression to wear 24/7 after my breast reduction, even with thick bandages, the 3XL would have been too big.End Result: I ordered an XL and it fit perfectly. Snug yet still comfortable with rows of hooks to go tighter as the swelling goes down and my cup size decreases.I would suggest you use your tee shirt size or go 2 sizes smaller than the chart to get a bra with actual compression. If the doctor okays this bra, I will be buying several more!

The best for breast reduction/lift post-op
I bought quite a few of these because I was scheduled for a huge breast reduction (from a G cup to a small B/C cup)… I couldn’t be more pleased. The elastic didn’t dig into my skin like others did and it was actually comfortable. I can’t speak on how it would be for other surgical procedures but if you are familiar with breast reduction/ breast lift - you know the incisions are…well, quite large (an anchor⚓️ incision - vertically below the nipple and a larger incision/half circle at the crease of the breast + 2 JP drains). I was worried with that being a factor but again, I wore this bra immediately post-op and throughout my 6 weeks recovery and it was just the right amount of compression and a 10/10 on comfort. I highly recommend!

Way too large
I had breast implants removed, so I went down from a 34B to a 32AA. While the straps on this little compression bra are velco-adjustable, the band size is not. Even with the hook-and-eye closure, attaching the hooks to the tightest eyes, even then did not provide the compression I needed post-surgery. The fabric was extremely soft and very nice. The finishing on the garment was also nicely done. It's just very thin fabric, didn't hold me in place, and the compression absolutely was not there on the cups. It's going back.

Comfortable
Comfortable bra for shoulder surgery. I had a shoulder replacement and bra was easy to wear. Velcro on the bra straps made it easy to put on.

Not good
It is advertised as mastectomy friendly yet no pocket for prosthetics. Not a good thing
