It looks cool, and functions better than any other shower head we have owned. It is simple to install and easy to change from the overhead to the handheld sprayer. The knob can even be set so that water simultaneously comes out of both. I highly recommend you add this to your showering experience. I assure you, it will be an upgrade from whatever you are using!

This Veken rain shower head was such a great upgrade for my bathroom! The water pressure is strong and consistent, and the wide rainfall design makes showers feel relaxing and luxurious. It gives great coverage and honestly feels like a spa experience at home. Installation was quick and easy, and everything fit perfectly without needing extra tools. The quality feels sturdy and well made, and the finish looks modern and clean in the bathroom. I also noticed the water flow is powerful without being harsh, and it made a huge difference compared to my old shower head. Definitely one of the easiest and best bathroom upgrades for the price. I want to give it 5 stars. But that's dishonest. (A) I know there are higher quality fixtures out there and (B) the design could be improved with some hard work and thinking on the matter. That said. Took 5 minutes to install all-in. So fast, I couldn't believe it. I've replaced maybe two shower heads in my life. So, it's not my expertise. It was inexpensive compared to other options. And I got the 12" one, which one of the widest out there. Keep in mind your water pressure. Depending on your water pressure, you may have some issues with flow because it requires more water to properly pressurize something like this than a conventional shower head. I have mine set at 60psi (I think?) and it is functional, but I'd like a touch more pressure. One thing you don't see in the pictures really is that it doesn't have to be directly over your head raining down. The head is adjustable so you can direct the water to come out at a 30° angle if someone in the house prefers that. That's nice right? A waterfall shower head without the waterfall commitment? I thought so. The wand can share pressure or use all the pressure, which is important if you're on the edge of sufficient water pressure. Seems they could have done a better job with the water flow options on the wand part. But, I don't know what all is out there. I'm using garden hoses as a reference lol. I use the wand for the dog and it is very good for washing dogs. It has a really large head and is gentle so you can basically use it like a washcloth on the dog. My dog does not like baths, but this made his baths more tolerable for him. So, definitely yes if you're like me and want a wand in the tub for washing the dog. =)

The rain shower is phenomenal. The individual sprayer is excellent for maintaining the cleanliness of our large tub. I'm going to buy one for the guest bathroom. Adjustable spray and a large rain pattern.

In my picture is a before and after of my install of this shower head. The install took about 30 minutes, including time for me to go back and forth finding better tools for the job. It fit the standard wall pipe well. I didn’t use the provided pipe tape, instead buying a better one (Jayco) since other reviewers complained it wasn’t good. Don’t expect the pipe tape to be sticky, it’s more like a stretched out rubber band meant to increase friction between the pipe and fitting and to fill in the gaps to prevent leaks. Each spot the fittings attach to another piece needs several wraps of pipe tape, pressed by hand into the grooves, and wrapped in the same direction as the fitting will twist on (to prevent it from unraveling when attaching). I used the tape at 3 spots: where the pipe attaches to the extender bar, where the extender bar attaches to the main shower head, and where the handheld tube attaches to the extender bar. I didn’t bother using it on the handheld attachment because if that part leaked it would stay in the shower. The provided wrench was too small to really use for removing or attaching anything, I had to get my 13” adjustable wrench to do the job (the longer the wrench, the less strength it takes to use). I made sure to tighten each fitting and the two adjustment nobs tightly before testing with water (needs the same amount of strength to tighten as it took to loosen). No leaks were found during my first couple runs. My original shower head blasted water so hard it sprayed everywhere and I wouldn’t face it directly because it stung my skin. The new water pressure was much reduced from my original shower head, making it feel more like an actual rain fall. The water pressure on the handheld was also much lower. I did notice after my shower that when I came back a couple hours later that the shower head was leaking water all over the shower. I checked the water faucet and it was off, so the water coming out was what was left in the pipe after my shower. In the picture I have adjusted the extender arm to point slightly upwards, to reduce the amount of water left inside when the shower ends and hopefully reduce the constant moisture that comes with slow dripping taps. The handheld also needed to be drained after my shower, as the tube held water in the curve (turned it on and held it downwards with the water turned off to drain). For people who will use this multiple times a day, it may not be an issue, but mine only gets used every couple days and I don’t want old water sitting in it.

I found this shower head easy to install without any leaks. It has plenty of power with the spray and the hand held wand has plenty of options for spray patterns. I found it to be both light weight, durable and stable when installed. I am very happy with it.
