The Sunkiss Masterpiece adult diapers are super high quality. I've gone through several cases without issue. They are like the Northshore Megamax. They are super absorbent, comfortable and hold a lot making the need to change less frequent. Barrier creams do not break down the diaper elastics and glue. Having been in diapers for a lifetime with neurogebic bladder and other issues, I can say these are fantastic for those of us that have extra large bladders with sudden full voids (flooding). With a booster pad they are even better. If you're having to change many times a day consider this product for a reliable and more absorbent solution.

If you enjoy diapers with a noticeable sound, these definitely deliver. You can’t hide the fact you’re wearing them, which I actually love. I’m really impressed with the Sunkiss Masterpiece diapers. They offer a comfortable fit, strong tabs, and easy use, with reliable leak protection, while holding a surprisingly large amount. The absorbency and capacity are excellent for the price, offering similar capacity to competitors that cost significantly more. They’re also well made and durable, and the tabs have strong adhesive that keeps them securely in place, making these a great value. Very thick & comfortable. A little big for me but I expected that only being 135 pounds & 5 ft 8 inches tall. It says “small/medium” but it’s more medium. Great quality for the price in comparison to other diapers! I would definitely recommend you at least try them.

Being autistic and having to wear diapers, these are actually a good product at a good price. I tend to flood suddenly because I can't sense that I need to go until it's already rushing out. These have handled my flooding and even when I have a release of waste, something the maximum absorbency store diapers can struggle with. I'm able to stay clean all night, throughout the day and enjoy playing, working or whatever with less interruptions due to a leaking diaper. They securely fit and have great leak guards. They do make some noise when moving around, but it's not super loud for a plastic backed diaper. The tabs are very beefy, can be adjusted to fit a wide variety of body types (something great for people with disabilities) and stick very well.

Absorbency is good, but the L/XL sizing doesn’t fit as well as the XL once did.

Let's face it: talk about incontinence isn't something that has hit mainstream, but if you are reading this review, you must be or know one of the millions who wear an adult diaper regularly. I have been using the SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers with Tabs to manage my urinary issues for several months now. I discovered them when my usual brand raised prices significantly as part of the government tariffs, and since then these have become my primary daily product. While there are many different preferences, I really prefer a plastic-backed incontinence product (which this one is) because I find that the cloth-like backing tends to seep moisture through and just make me feel icky. These help my skin to feel dry after any amount of void. This product is robust enough to stop leaks and hold a large amount of urine without being too thick to remain comfortable. These diapers have very effective standing leak guards, elastic waistbands, and tend to fit my body a little better than other medium-size products. I find them to be comfortable - even for a little extended wear - and that there are no clumping or issues with the padding when wet. I am pleased that while there is some crinkle, it isn't excessive. I am very thankful that as an active adult, I do not have to worry about frequent changes or explain random wet spots on my clothes. Finally, the tapes are a nice size, larger than some other brands I have used, and hold well. I have yet to have one fail or pull away from the plastic backing. I find them easy to put on when laying down or standing up. Overall, these have a nice design, work well, and have a good price point. I recommend!

This is a carbon copy of Northshore Megamax (top 3 on the market), which leads me to think it’s the same manufacturer. Excellent overall, great fit, best absorption, very large sticky tapes, and elastics everywhere.

Habe mir das Produkt zum Testen gekauft, bin wirklich begeistert. Aber den Preis finde ich definitiv zu hoch. Es raschelt/knistert durch die dicke angenehm weiche Folie mit Landing Zone ordentlich. Wenn‘s voll gesaugt ist, fühlt es sich wie gelartig an und ist wirklich angenehm zu tragen. Im trockenen Zustand ist es relativ dick, wenn’s aber voll gesaugt ist, nochmal deutlich dicker wird. Es hat sehr gute Aufnahme-Kapazität, ohne das es ausläuft. Normalerweise kaufe ich immer die Größe M, aber anhand der Kommentare hier habe ich für die Größe S entschieden und es entspricht definitiv die Größe M. Es ist sehr ähnlich zu NorthShore Megamax, was auch günstiger ist.

Pannoloni stupendi. Da anni sono incontinente e dei tanti prodotti usati, questi sono stati forse i migliori, apprezzando la vestibilità e la sicurezza. Mio malgrado, ho vissuto un'occasione che ha provato la loro validità. Un'urgenza improvvisa e molto grave mi ha costretto a riempire completamente il pannolone. Ha contenuto una quantità impressionante, senza mai avere perdite sotto e dandomi tempo di tornare a casa. Ottima prova. Un piccolo avvertimento, a me le taglie sono parse leggermente sul largo quindi se si è una M tendente all'estremo superiore, stringete bene i nastri. In allegato due foto per mostrare la calzabilità e il successo del pannolone.
