This sunscreen powder is an absolute must-have for active families! As a parent, I love how easy it is to apply on my kids without the usual fight you get with lotion sunscreens. Obsessed with this powder sunscreen! I can’t imagine trying to wrestle on a liquid sunscreen on my toddler, so this powder sunscreen is perfect. It’s quick and easy to apply, and you can easily see where the powder goes. It’s translucent, but the powder is visible when applying so you can ensure proper coverage. No burns yet, and even better, no tears from sunscreen in the eyes!

Used this for the first time with my two month old. I know they say you aren't supposed to use sunscreen before 6 months but I've also heard that they say that to deter you from taking them out into the sun and that if they will have to be in the sun you should use it vs not and them getting burnt. This seemed gentle enough, yet was effective so I appreciated that. The application is great being a brush and the baby didn't mind it. Most importantly it protected her well on our beach trip and she didn't get any sunburn, granted we kept her shaded the entire time.

Cannot love this sunscreen powder enough!!!! Protected and lasted through swimming, theme parks, and the hot southern sun! Works fabulously on my whole family (we vary from dark skin to very pale). I love that it doesn't gunk up in wrinkles or eye creases! So light and my kids actually loved using it because it tickles :) For once, they didn't fuss while having sunscreen put on their faces--Victory! I'm sold!!!

I've been using Rae's Mineral Face Sunscreen for a few weeks now, and overall, it's a solid option for anyone looking for a gentle, mineral-based SPF with clean ingredients. Texture & Application: The formula is lightweight and blends better than many mineral sunscreens I've tried. It does go on with a slight white cast at first (which is expected with zinc oxide), but it fades after a few minutes of blending. It works best when applied to well-moisturized skin. Finish: It leaves a natural, slightly dewy finish — not greasy, but not matte either. If you have oily skin, you might want to pair it with a setting powder. On my combination skin, it wears comfortably throughout the day. Ingredients: Big plus: it's fragrance-free, vegan, cruelty-free, and made without parabens or synthetic dyes. Great for sensitive skin or anyone avoiding chemical sunscreens. Performance: It offers solid SPF 30 protection, and I haven’t experienced any irritation or breakouts. It also layers well under makeup, though I prefer it on its own for low-maintenance days. Downsides: The only con for me is the initial white cast and the fact that it takes a little extra effort to blend. Also, if you’re looking for a completely invisible finish on darker skin tones, this might not be ideal. Verdict: Rae Mineral Face Sunscreen is a clean, skin-friendly SPF that gets the job done without harsh chemicals. It’s best for light to medium skin tones, and those who want a minimalist, skin-conscious formula. I’d repurchase — especially for daily use when I’m not wearing a full face of makeup.

I really loved how it worked when we were poolside but for my fair skinned kiddos, at the beach it did not hold up to my expectations. I loved the powder aspect with the blush brush, and thought it would be easy to reapply every 60 minutes. Unfortunately it went on splotchy. I don't feel it works well with any bit of moisture so just be aware of that before buying.

I used this for the first time at the beach & it worked well. I use it every day on my face when I’m outside. It is easy to apply & lightweight. I am happy to have found something that works well in a powder form.

I’ve seen reviews that this product is small for the price, but the contents go a loooong way. Love the clean ingredients. Love that it’s compact and can easily fit in a small purse or fanny pack to take on the go to the zoo, pool, park, you name it. Love the powder aspect so it doesn’t get their hair greasy during scalp/face/ears application. I have kids with very fair skin, and this stuff really protects them from the sun. I’ve purchased this product multiple times over different platforms (depending where price is cheapest at time of purchase). Definitely a must-have.

It’s a shame this product is so expensive as it works really well.
