Review: Very strong, I really like that you can choose the width - I was concerned about 2 things when buying this: - Will it hold up under heavy weight (i.e. 150 lbs + resistance band-wise) - Will it by too wide / narrow? Neither issue is a problem. It is very strong even with somewhere around the equivalent of 150 pounds. I think it could easily go up to 200, maybe 250, maybe more. And the entire time I've used it, I've only ever needed two of the pieces connected (which probably improves the weight support) At least if you're using it for like chest press exercise or bicep, that's more than wide enough even for someone with a fairly large wing span. I couldn't talk to the weight as much if you're trying to deadlift and you wanted it to be substantially wider than your shoulders. But I found the product to be quite well made. Review: A definite keeper! - Exactly what I was looking for. The sections go together effortlessly and this is a strong, high quality bar. A little more expensive but so worth it! ## Features - [Heavy Duty]: Tribe Lifting Resistance Bands Bar is built from high-quality steel and is equipped with a ball-bearing swivel that prevents resistance bands from tangling.
