Good value and speedy delivery. Not sure if they’ve actually made a difference but I’m continuing with them. Hard to measure success.

Got exactly what I wanted and at a good price

Was training without bcaas for a couple of weeks was not getting any stronger just aching more, tried these after a few days felt better and after a good workout not aching as much would definitely recommend

I can't specifically tell you if these BCAA tablets are better than any others but they certainly work for me. I take 2 in the morning and 2 after working out in the evening. I do't seem to struggle so much with muscle pain when I am taking these against where I donn't take them.

The bottle arrived in good condition and well sealed on top.Mine is see through so looks quite chalky inside but this doesn't affect the productTaking these isn't much of a challenge.. 2 with a meal twice a dayEasy enough to swallow despite their size as they are nicely tapered and have a good consistent smooth outer coating to help.Now on to the rub..The bottle proudly states 4000mg of BCAA with 365 tablets.When you read closer, you will see that it is 4000mg per serving, which is 4 tablets.So instead of 365 servings, you are actually getting 91.25 servings.You will need to do your own maths to work out if this is acceptable to your pocketA quick check around at some other available bottles shows :Other brand = 195 * 500mg / £10 = 9750mg per £Other brand = 400 * 1000mg / £32 = 12500mg per £This product = 365 * 1000mg / £20 = 18250mg per £So while it's correct to point out this rather misleading packaging, for me it still works out at tremendous VFM at its current price

well what can i say it's BCAA in a tub, it does not come in the tub in the picture but does that really matter? I've been using this for a while now x3 or x4 tablets daily to aid recovery in the gym, i do not do well with powders so these work very well for me.

Seriously insomnia problems caused by this pills and stomach problemsAs soon as i stop taking it all this porblems dissapearI dint recommend it to buy
