2 lbs. Fresh Salmon Fillets by Charleston Seafood

I've been on a limited diet while trying to heal an ulcer so it's only chicken or fish for me. Salmon seems to be my tummy's favorite but the last few weeks fresh salmon hasn't been available at my grocery. I figured I'd give this a shot even though it seemed a little pricey. Honestly, this is soooooooo worth the price, especially since I'll get about 8 meals out of the two pounds (it's just me). I don't recall ever eating salmon this tender and flavorful and I will definitely be ordering this again!!! Really really grateful I found this!!

The salmon was absolutely delicious! I baked it in my convection oven with avocado oil & a little spice. Came out moist & flavorful. The price was a little high, which added up to a third higher because of shipping. Though considering our present circumstances, in the midst of the pandemic, I fully appreciated the superior packaging in a styrofoam container with two large freeze-packs enclosed, and the 2lbs of salmon wrapped in auctioned plastic, with brown paper wrap around that as well! Thank you for the very professional delivery too!

The salmon excellent, but these are not fillets, I got to huge pieces of salmon instead of fillets like shown in the picture, they were not cut evenly, fat on one side super thin on the other which causes on side of the salmon to burn will the fat side stays under cooked.

Pricey but we thought worth it given our current shopping restrictions. The fish arrived cold and obviously fresh. A very lovely dinner!

Was very disappointed. The fish was wrapped very sloppy in general plastic wrap. It was not sealed no did it appear to be a professional quality wrap. Then it was wrapped in butcher's paper, again torn edges....very sloppy, very unprofessional. There was no inner professional company label about the fish. Was it actually wild caught or farm raised? I received two pieces of fish not filets as in the photo. Do not trust this company, will not order again. Wish I had taken photos... I am not a complainer, I expected a professional product not a product that appeared to come from the grocery store.

There was an initial mix up in the shipping of the product, but the seller made the situation right, immediately. After cooking one of the pieces, I was amazed by the fresh taste, nearly like I caught it myself. Great tasting Salmon, and the best I have ever cooked in my home. The price is a little high, but over all, worth it, in my opinion.

Completely fabulous! It arrived a day early and was absolutely wonderful. I will be buying this again and again. Loved it!!! Completely fresh, fabulous flavor. I highly recommend.
