I have not had my levels re-tested yet, but this has the right amount of elemental iron my doctor recommended in two tablets. Each tablet has 38 mg of elemental iron. It also was not a huge bottle like some others I saw. Perfect for my needs.

If what you need is just Iron there is a lot of Iron capsules out there in your local pharmacy or grocery store where you can buy Iron with lower levels of iron, but this is for people who has or suffer from anemia. The normal Iron will prevent and help your immune system as a vitamin supplement but this is NOT SIMPLE IRON this is for people who Suffers anemia, so please don't take this if you don't have anemia because instead of give you a good result on your body will be prejudicial for you. My fiancee suffered from anemia in second level which is more than just the simple beginning level, she suffered because of her lack or a balance diet in the last 15 years, she is 21 now so nobody really found the anemia until now, so she was taking this product and another one i bought in here, expensive but works as good as this one, so after a year taking the other product and this one, not at same time of course but she tried with both but both work same way, well after a year of treatment the miracle just show up, she has NO ANEMIA AT ALL and I am the happiest man in this world because thank God she is happy now healthy and now she got a balanced diet plus their multivitamins and this ones, I guess after completing this bottles we will go to simple iron to maintain the iron levels on her blood. Doctor prescribed these after blood tests. These are easy on the stomach and after 3 months, iron levels are normal again. Iron levels fell to almost nothing on a vegan diet and I got very sick. I'm eating meat, eggs and cheese and taking these pills, just got off the treadmill and power walking and sprinting like a champion, highly recommend these!!!!

I have to take these on a regular basis. They work as described in keeping my iron levels in a normal range. Easy to swallow. I have bought this brand several times and am very satisfied.

These are little miracles! My stomach would definitely be nauseous with other iron pills I’ve tried - so much so that I couldn’t keep taking them. These are incredible! Highly recommend.
