I had lab work done just before I started taking it and then repeated my labs about a month later. Based on my results, my iron levels improved during that time, and I’ve also noticed my energy has gotten better.One thing I really appreciate is that these tablets can be taken with food, which makes them much easier for me to tolerate. I do avoid taking them with coffee since it can interfere with iron absorption.I’ve tried several other iron supplements over the years, including gummies and other tablets. The gummies were close to $30, didn’t taste very good, and while they helped somewhat, I personally had better results with these.
