This seller asks for a five star review or they offer the option for you to contact them to see why, it's not five star. I've given them four stars, as their delivery and service were excellent and I think they are keen to give customer care, though the follow-up email pressing for five stars is a bit over keen and makes it harder for customers to just be open.The product itself I'd give a three or four star. It's well made and the pack provides all the accessories, but the writing is in a language other than English in some sections and the categories are not easy to guess. The categories should be simpler like name and address, dob, meds, contact person. The paper does not fit easily into the talisman and you have to be quite dextrous to make it fit. It's near on impossible to get all the important data in the key categories, but the fine pen helps. I think most people just write outside the categories, though the lines make it harder to read.A simpler product, that was cheaper, without the frilly extras, which are not always needed, would be better, as I thought the product was expensive for what it was.Given that this product could be required to save your life in an emergency, it could be better designed.

I recently dug out my old SOS Talisman from the back of a drawer. It is a stainless steel St Christopher intended to be worn on a neck chain. I opened it up and found that the personal data was about a decade out of date and so set about looking for some new strips.At first glance I almost discounted this particular product due to the price however on closer examination I saw that as well as 5 blank information strips, it also included a fine pointed water resistant pen, a retaining clip and perhaps most importantly a replacement rubber seal (obviously my original is well over ten years old and thus rather suspect). All in all worth the money.Delivery was prompt and the product was as described.

I am very pleased indeed it has my order. I have had an SOS Sterling Silver Bracelet for over a year, which I had bought 2nd hand, but no-one I knew could tell me where I could get the Inserts. I have several severe medical conditions, & drug allergies, so I really want to get it set up properly. Now I can,as I have everything to make it possible. Thnk you very much indeed.

I had been looking for a genuine replacement inside at a reasonable price. This is value for money. The inserts are well made, easy to tear out and fold. They actually fit....result. There's five in the pack, allowing for damage, lifestyle and/or address changes for the foreseeable. Good pen, instruction leaflet and sticker for where you might want to apply e.g. sports bag or car. Well done on a good product and thank you for prompt delivery.

Just what I needed to resurrect my Talisman from 30 odd years ago. Just had a new medical diagnosis and thought it wise to start wearing it again. The new seal was good and fitted easily. The pen was fine enough to write small and writes clearly. I don't really need the sticker but everything else is good and I have spare inserts if anything changes.
