To start on a weight gainer? Id would say yes but depends what your goals are. I was skinny at 18 and waisted alot of money on gainers with little gain as i did not work out but got a bit of a belly so looked daft. This stuff is great stuff for putting on pounds or to maintain, work out hard and take this with creatine and your see results
