Nudge Pure Silk Dental Floss for Sensitive Gums & Wider Gaps: Made with Silk and Candelilla Wax, Natural Floss in a Reusable Glass Container (Glass Dispenser + 1 x 30m Silk Floss)

I had ordered a container of Nudge. It was average to above average. So I reordered 2 more containers since I had run out. The quality of this container was horrible. Wouldn’t go between teeth and then would go between teeth and get stuck and/or break. Just used and the Nudge broke and lodged between teeth. Literally I have a 1/2 inch piece of the floss stuck between my teeth and can’t get out. Tried another floss to get out the lodged piece between teeth. Won’t budge. Tried to get out with fingers and tweezers. No luck. May have to go to dentist tomorrow to get it removed. Do not buy! Waste of money and time.

I was looking for dental floss that was without plastics and chemicals and came across nudge, seemed to have good reviews. Initially, I felt like it did good, on the cleaning side, albeit I thought the string was really thin. Then I came to a couple of teeth that are tighter than the rest, and it broke and stuck in between the 2 teeth. Oh my, I guess I need to get more string to work it out, I thought, but that broke too in the same area. And, even with my normal dental floss, couldn't get out the broken string tucked into my gums. This dental floss is WAY too think. Breaks easily. In all my years, Ive never had dental floss break in the middle of using it and then cannot remove it. So I type this with it stuck still, in between those 2 teeth, at the base of my gums and can only hope it will dissolve. Yikes!

I have crowded teeth and cannot floss with this product. It’s too thick, it frays too easily, and it gets stuck in my teeth. It’s also expensive, though I generally don’t mind paying extra for better products. It doesn’t matter how healthy of a flossing option it is if it prevents you from flossing. This product is so bad that it leads me to not floss at all. I’m back to using floss with undisclosed material - at least that prevents gingivitis.

I like that this floss is natural and free of harmful coatings (who knew that dental floss contained PFAs and other risky chemicals?). However, it is about as thin as sewing thread, and broke off between my teeth the first time I used it, leaving a bit of thread that was hard to get out. Perhaps it is best for perfect, smooth, widely-spaced teeth, but I will be putting it in my sewing kit.

The only natural dental floss that I could find. Works great. I almost didn’t buy because of the reviews saying it breaks. It doesn’t break easily and I feel better knowing I am not adding additional chemicals in my body.

I'm really sorry to have to write a negative review, but this product is terrible. First of all, although it doesn't say it anywhere on the package or in the listing, it is mint flavored, which I never would have ordered. In addition, it doesn't slide between any of my teeth and my teeth are not unusually close together. It keeps breaking off when I try to use it and, worst of all, it's now stuck in between my teeth and I'll have to hope my old Glide floss will get it out. I bought this because I wanted a more natural, more eco-friendly dental floss. This one was the most highly rated and I find it completely unusable. I wonder how anyone else has found it a good product. I apologize to the vendors for dissing your product.

I am very happy it was PFA free but my teeth are too close together so this floss broke.

Great idea making floss from materials free from harmful chemicals and materials. Unfortunately, the product is terrible as floss. It works great for front teeth but try using this for back teeth and molars and the floss constantly breaks. I've even gotten material stuck between my teeth. I will stick with my pfas free reach floss.
