BlueStream Paplio Bluetooth Handsfree Adapter - Bluetooth Receiver with 3.5mm AUX Music/Navigation Streaming and Microphone for Calls

I received mine hooked it all up and tried some songs and everyone had a distorted sound to it. This was the 1/2 of the devices I bought with a audio issue. I was trying to replace this one and decided to just search for the first few things I found but ultimately went with the one I bought back in 2017. My last one just went bad due to bending the wire to much in my BMW 335i's center console. I bought a 90 degree adapter to prevent this problem with the new one. Hope this helps!

Lemme break it down for you because I wasn't sure this was what I needed or if it would work but it's perfect! I bought a used 2014 Toyota RAV4 with Bluetooth, plays my calls through stereo but could never get podcasts/music to play through stereo. Did not try too hard because both phone and car had aux port, problem solved. Just got a Pixel3 with <gasp> no aux port. Thought, I'm not going to listen to this mess on speaker phone. Researched, learned I needed A2DP receiver?? Searched Amazon, bought this ^^ inexpensive 2 foot long cable. Plugged it into aux port on car, USB end goes into regular charger (it's just the power supply). You don't have to have a USB port built in. That end is not talking to the stereo at all. Paired it to the phone in 2 seconds flat (has an obvious name, Blue something), and VOILA! podcasts etc coming out of the stereo. Apparently works for phone calls too on older vehicles. i turn it off to use my over-head mic for calls so I can't speak to that. BUt perfect sound quality for my audio output from phone. Get one!! Update: After about a month it stops connecting automatically. I have to go to my phone and disconnect it and reconnect it every time. This is low profile and pretty good. Sound quality is good and not buzzing or hissing that I can hear. It loses a star because it takes a little longer than my old Chinese Bluetooth adapter with a usb charger and separate sound 3.5 Cable.

I just received a new iPhone X as my birthday gift last month, loving it. The only problem is that there is no headphone jack on iPhone X, and my car DOES NOT have Bluetooth but only audio jack. This small device just saved my day to bridge between iPhone X and my car!Pros.- Excellent audio quality, supports AAC. This is just what I need.- Build in microphone for handsfree call works well, my friends hear me loud and clear.- Reconnects when the car starts, works just like the built-in Bluetooth.- Very small, easy to hide.- No charging required.Cons.- Doesn’t always reconnect in the first time for my iPhone X. But works well with my old iPhone and my brother’s Android. Guess this may be the iOS issue?

Painless to install, painless to setup, and worked immediately. The only problem I has was a nasty ground loop from somewhere. I plugged this into a 12v cigarette lighter USB adapter which was probably the source of the problem. The ground loop induced a constant buzz to the audio stream. So I ordered a ground loop isolator for $7. Once I plugged that in, the audio was great and volume was great. This pairs within a second or two after starting my car. And gives me care free streaming from my phone. If I would recommend any change at all it would be to include the ground loop isolator right into this device.

Bought this to for my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 that doesnt have built in Bluetooth capacities. This along with a noise isolator plugged into the aux works and sounds AMAZING. Nearly no lag , if any, between switching a song on my iPhone to the truck speakers. Love the ability to answer my iPhone through the truck (my phone also gives me the option to answer through the phone or phone speaker. Huge plus). Works better than my boyfriends built in Bluetooth system in his 2017 Dodge Ram 1500. Love my purchase!

Works exactly as advertised. Tucks nicely into my center console in my ‘09 BMW 3 series coupe, and doesn’t have any issues syncing with my iPhone every time the car starts. Sound is better than when I used to plug the aux cord directly into my older IPhones. No issue with grounding or feedback noise like others claim.

Super!!! A MUST have for any carsI love this thing. I am a commuter and spend 2-hours in my car each day, going to, and coming home from work. I like to listen to podcasts on my phone to keep me awake during the boring drives. This receiver works perfectly. I have had no issues with the receiver losing signal, and my phone bluetooth connects to the unit automatically the instant I turn the engine on. The sound quality is perfect. I am very happy with this purchase.

It works well with the amp I have, the sound quality is better than I had expected and it's made my sound system capable of playing music wirelessly controlled by my phone, which was the reason I had purchased the product. I will recommend this product to anyone who's looking to do the same

Works extremely well considering how small it is.

Really neat little transmitter. Very easy to connect.The only downside is that you have to disconnect then reconnect to USB socket to get your device to re pair with it.
