What size should I get if i have wide feet?

About a half size should do it. You can also see if your local rink has what's called a Scott press used to expand out the sides of a skate. Please let us know if you have any other questions. https://www.rollerblade.com/usa/contact-us/

Do they have a thin blade on the bottom instead ofna thicker one?

I'm not sure what you are referring to here. These skates have a standard figure skate ice skating blade which is about 3/16th of an inch wide with a curve to give you two edges. They are pretty standard. Please let us know if you have any other questions. https://www.rollerblade.com/usa/contact-us/
