My elbow measurement is 34 cm and I want these strictly for joint warmth, not as concerned with compression. Which do you think is appropriate? Thanks

The sleeves I received fit very snug. They are a bit hard to get in proper spots around elbows but worth the effort once in position. They do both in keeping elbows warm and a good amount of compression. No issues with this selection. The wash well, keep their shape and don’t lose any of their functionality. I highly recommend this product.

I have washed them numerous times in the washer, with no problems. However I always air dry them.
