NOW Supplements, Zinc Glycinate with 250 mg Pumpkin Seed Oil, 120 Softgels

I bought this mainly to help support my immune system. I don't feel any different when I take this, and I have never taken a zinc supplement that I could feel any difference, other than some do upset my stomach. I typically take this before bed just in case. I can't say that this brand does that, but I just learned that if I take it and go to bed, it doesn't bother me.

This is a good product for a Zinc supplement that includes Pumpkin Seed Oil.

For testosterone if ur deficient yes this will help but since pumkin seeds are a alpha reductase inhibitor they might block some DHT conversion good if that’s what you want

This zinc softgel work. My libido is high all the time not sure if it's bcoz of zinc but that the only difference i noticed after taking this..
