I never thought I’d get emotionally attached to a supplement, but here we are. Solgar Chelated Zinc was recomenned to me by a friend who noticed I seemed to always be getting sick.After she told me about this I obvs looked it up (probably during a 2 a.m. Google spiral) and apparently zinc is great for your immune system, your skin, your cells, your DNA—basically everything except your credit score. And honestly? It delivers.Since I started taking this little tablet of wonder, I haven’t gotten sick.Also love that it's non-GMO, gluten-free, and free from shady stuff. Just pure, chelated goodness in a bottle that lasts forever (100 servings? I’ve had relationships that didn’t last that long).Would I recommend it? Absolutely. It's the quiet MVP of my supplement shelf, just doing its job while the vitamin C hogs all the attention.

One of these a day will keep the water flowing. The chelated makes it easy on the stomach. I've tried cheaper alternatives and they really are hard on the stomach.

I'm sure these work well. I almost overdosed because my multivite has some in it already, and I started to have some visual issues.

Worked as expected but again it is a vitamin and I didn't feel any different when taking it.
