Works wonderfully im always leary of taking supplements and such. But I recently started a new job and have been nervous and anxious and on edge I walk in with my heart racing feom nerves I suffer from bad social anxiety. Let me tell.you I take this 30 mins before I start my shift and im as calm and cool as a cucumber. My shift is only 5 hours long as im a part timer and it lasts the whole shift.
