not even a year and the usb ports don't work not even one.... have not had to use the jump starter but the air compreesor is very good. was really counting on those usb ports though. and the return window was too short to be able to test everything out. UPDATE: the usb supply ports are working now also the led light is working. Maybe the temperature change had something to do with it. 4 stars now..

Bought these for my 3 adult sons for Christmas. Then - my battery died after New Years. I borrowed my son’s. It was really easy to use and I was able to jump start my car all weekend so I could still make it to work and back, before I could get a new battery. Easy to use and if I can do it- anyone can!

Battery does not last to long

It seemed like it would be a good product especially this season. It did not power back on after about an hour of trying to charge it. I sent it back and the seller is not even trying to respond about where my refund is. I will update if they give me my refund or contact me

I was given this device secondhand as a gift. It has saved me from considerable discomfort/distress/danger many times, and helped one of my workmates. I will list these events here: - I was pulling out of town from my parents home on a 600 mile trip back to my own home. A few miles after leaving my parents house I observed a battery warning light on the dash. I returned to my parents house, not wishing to continue the journey with a questionable battery/alternator problem. My parents had this device (stanley fatmax power station) which I had never heard of, and I was able to quickly use the alternator test function and determine that my alternator was bad. I bought a new alternator from the nearest parts supply store, installed it, and completed my trip with no further problems. I was so impressed with the alternator test function of the device that my parents gave it to me as a gift. - In October of 2020 a hurricane hit the area where I live. I tree crashed through my roof almost at the exact same time the power went out. I used the fatmax device to provide light during the night of the storm, and then I used it over the next three days to recharge my phone and devices while the power was out.- After leaving work one day, one of my associates realized his car battery was dead and needed a jump start. Instead of having to move cars nose-to-nose and connect cables, I simply connected the jump leads from the fatmax to his car and it fired right up. - After leaving work another day, I realized that my right front tire was flat due to a nail in the sidewall (unrepairable). I tried to change the tire, but then realized that the lug wrench supplied with the 2008 toyota camry did not in fact fit the lugs. Instead, I used my fatmax to refill the tire and drove the car to the place where I had bought the tires (refilling the tire several times on the side of the road). The tire was replaced under the road hazard warranty I had purchased.Conclusion: Without the Stanley Fatmax Power Station I would have been left between a rock and a hard place on multiple occasions. I recommend this device to everyone who owns an automobile, and it's useful for homeowners as well.

The air compressor stopped working in less than a year, but within the warranty period. Contacted manufacturer for replacement or repair. Turns out I'm responsible for shipping. This is a very heavy unit, so I will cut my losses and move on. Long story short, unless you live near Boca Raton Florida, the warranty is useless.
