D-Art Collection United Key Holder Box Curio in Mahogany Wood

This is a very nice looking key box. Nice quality and finish. Very happy with this item.

I had Really low expectations since this looked identical to the ORE International key holder which got an average or 2 stars. When I saw the box, I thought my fears were confirmed. The picture on the box looked cockeyed. The top of the box was bulging. Something was sticking through the inner packaging.After cleaning the dust off, it ended up being a fantastic key rack, completely fantastic.I didn't want a system (where you need special numbered tags), didn't want something ugly (90's computer beige, or gunmetal grey), and didn't necessarily need a lock (though one would have been great).This fit the bill perfectly. The hooks are round and have a circular end that keeps the keys from falling off, but lets you mount either direction (for the door swing).It's just the right depth, I can fit three caribiner clips on one hook depth wise.Very sharp and useful. Doesn't look out of place in the office, and would look equally as nice at home.

A great key holder we mounted right by our garage door. Well made and constructed. Looks sharp and clean. Holds all our keys and doesn’t look messy like our previous key holders. I put my work badge on top of the unit so I don’t forget when I head off to work. You won’t be disappointed in this holder.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. I really was worried looking at the picture; it didn't seem exactly what I wanted. However, it is very sturdy, solidly made. It has four "bolts," one in each corner. So it stays on the wall when you open and close the door. The magnets are strong. The finish is nice. My husband hung it up the day he got it, and he seems to like it. I only wish it were a bit larger. Otherwise, it would've had five stars.

Second review for this same item. The first review I gave 4 stars. Now its 5 stars cuzI'm getting used to the size, or lack there of, of key holders like this. It may not have enough room in between key hangers going up and down, but I've gotten used to it and really couldn't be more happy with purchasing a good looking key holder. Seems like most key holders like this give very little room for keys that may have longer key chains hanging down. So getting the best looking one, in hindsight, is the way to go.

We have several cars with lots of keys and it holds them all. Nice looking.

I'm not sure what to say about the positive reviews. The wood is definitely not "mahogany." It's not even a hard wood. It's just some common type of wood that's stained dark. Mahogany is very heavy, dense, and expensive. Especially since it's a rain forest wood.But that's just the start. The door is warped. It's about a quarter inch out from top to bottom. Also the magnetic latch was installed crooked. So I went ahead and remounted it correctly. This helped the door look a bit straighter, but you can't get past the warped wood. All I did was average out the crookedness of it so it's a little bit crooked at both the top and bottom instead of a lot crooked at the top.The redeeming factor is that the design is otherwise good. The size and space inside are exactly what we needed. And if it wasn't so obviously misrepresented as a quality item then I probably wouldn't be leaving a 2 star review. I would have sent it back but there wasn't anything else I found online comparable. Plus I was just feeling a bit too lazy to worry about it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
