Super easy to use and convenient. Everything I needed was included, and the instructions were clear. I liked being able to test from home instead of going to a lab. My results came back pretty quickly, and they were easy to understand. Originally ordered this when it was advertised as testing for Magnesium, when I got the results it only tested for vitamin B12, Folate, Vitamin D, Cholesterol, & Hemoglobin. Reached out to company and found out they had just changed the testing the day I ordered, so an inconvenient mishap. I was not happy. They refunded me and gave me a free test. I'm still kinda sour about the whole experience but they handled the situation the best they could have. If I ever needed testing in the future I wouldn't hesitate to give them my business. If you need these tests, the process is easy and results don't take too long. Give it a shot.
