The best thing that I like about Run Gum is that it provides me with the energy I need when going for my early morning runs without having to drink coffee or an energy drink. With liquids, if you drink them before your run, it may not sit well with your stomach, ruining the overall run and experience. With Run Gum, I get the same energy without the feeling of upsetting my stomach, allowing me to enjoy my run. In my experience, any kind of gum while running, keeps my mouth from drying out as well, leading me to feel less dehydrated through my run. So this is just killing two birds with one stone for me. Highly recommend if you're a similar runner!
