These are fantastic. They go on smoothly and stay on. No running or wiping off. Need to use cold cream to remove. I love these.

This is a must have.
Great product. I bought 2 for stocking stuffers. No kitchen should be without one of these. Sharp enough to zest a lemon or grate some cheese. I just put it in the dishwasher to clean. Very well made, and I love the protective sleeve.

Best I’ve used
I went through a couple of other zesters over the years that only worked so-so before finally deciding I’d had enough and was ready to splurge for the Cadillac of zesters. Sure enough, it seems that you get what you pay for. This zester is durable, sharp, comfortable to use, and just works really well. I use it both for zesting citrus and for micro grating hard cheeses. The protective cover works well, if perhaps a touch tricky to line up correctly to put it back on. All in all, it seems like a trivial shortcoming for an otherwise excellent product.

I bought this to zest oranges from my in-laws tree and wow! This is the nicest zest I’ve ever used. You get absolutely zero of the white bitter part. I zested quite a lot in a short amount of time and froze it for later use

This is a fantastic tool for grating garlic or zesting a lemon. Very sturdy so could definitely use for grating Parmesan or Romano.
