I love this product. Although I don't have pets, I have 3 children who always spill things on the floor. Its so effective in removing stains and getting rid of smells. The size of the product is brilliant too a d lasts a long time. I like the different nozzles setting for different sprays. It has a pleasant smell to it to cover up and bad smells, I use it on upholstery as well. Its a win win!!

This stuff actually works. Adopted a dog who needs a little guidance and watching over, this has came in handy in the process. Removed stain and got rid of the smell to where the dog would stop sniffing around that area. Good value, easy to use. Make sure to patch test before use.

I was cleaning up after a visit from a very excitable puppy the left both puddles and poo on my carpet. It cleaned the poo stain but struggled with the urine stain which is visible, but less so than originally. Have tried several times but stain is still visible on a white part of my rug. Mostly works and smells good. Probably works better if used straight away.

OK. So, trip to the vet,large ginger boy who should have gone to the loo before going in the basket. The aroma in a hot car was awful..and there was a lot and also a poo that had managed to squeeze through the basket... Cleaned it with another product with a brush attached, which did clean it but the smell was still there and in hot weather really pungent. So had bought this one as well. Followed the instructions and was amazed at how quickly it worked in the confined space and the fact there is no smell at all now. Very pleased with this and would recommend if you have a smell problem!!

This has been partially effective and has reduced the odour , but not enough to completely eliminate the problem. A professional clean will probably be required. There is no staining and it’s dries quickly , so I will continue to use the product in the hope of further improvement .

This is BEST STAIN AND SNELL remover!! My senior cat is sick quite a lot bless her and she's sick on our cream carpet. We pick it up with kitchen roll. The get a wet sponge and squeeze the water on the area.. and then we spray this on all over the area.. we wait about 15 mins drop a little more water on the area. Give it a mix and then place kitchen roll and place your hand on the area hard. Doont scrub. And WOW! Gone and noooo bleach. So it doesn't ruin your carpet and you can't even tell where she has been sick. I will be buying a lot more to have them in stock!!!!!

Second bottle of this it’s very good. It doesn’t only clean but it removes the stain and the smell highly recommended.

So far so good, pleasant smell from product, no lingering smell of dog urine and apart from one accident, no more messing in the same area either , seems to do what it says on the tin. The spray also works well.
