After a few times of using this machine, I have some points I would like to share. First, what is good? The machine works very well. So now all that I find wrong, where do I start? 1) Changing the handle is extremely awkward and challenging. I decided not to do that and kept it in the same position to avoid the issue. 2) The handle is plastic, and I foresee it failing in the future. Meaning that the handle, where it attaches to the bar, is a weak point, and it already seems to be under too much stress for the plastic. 3) The Plastic hood falls off when you open it, and leave it open to fill or empty. Because the hinge is plastic, every time this happens, the problem gets worse as the hinge just keeps opening up further 4) The latches have a similar problem, but can be tolerated 5) The spin function does a good job of removing water and leaving everything only slightly damp. This is great. However, it shakes so much when the items have water that I had to clamp it down on some old shelves I have. Helped a lot For the amount this costs, I expected a better-built product, which is why I bought it.

I absolutely love this washer. It's perfect for small loads and undergarments. The only bad things are that everything is plastic, including the gears, so you can't be too rough with it or you'll break it. It is also very lightweight so it moves around when you spin the water out. I simply put it on a grip mat and place 2 weights on the bottom legs to keep it from moving. I'm a petite woman so I can fit any kind of pants, sweater, hoodie, jeans, etc in here. The machine is a bit small, but it can hold more than you think. It doesn't need a lot of water to get the job done and it spins the water out nicely.

Cheap Materials and Flimsy Design. Major design flaws include grinding gears, insecure lids, and broken handle. Instructions are not in English, pieces are missing, and to top it off, this product is Largely Overpriced! This product is not worth the price tag. Take your money elsewhere and purchase a more affordable and efficient method or just wash your clothes in the tub and hang to dry. You will have much less hassle this way.

Broke super fast.

AVOID. I have washed with this maybe 5 times. the gears are already stripping out, the cover is warped and not sealing properly, and there is no way to get warranty service or product support, so how is there a one year warranty on it? $150 piece of junk. If Amazon was going to allow this for sale, it should have been sold AS-IS, not as NEW.

I love the washer. There is one problem, the handle broke. I wish that I could get another one for free. But this time a wooden or a metal handle. The washer is perfect but the handle is not. Thank you.

The paper that came with it does not have any instructions in English. I also can't get the legs to attach securely right now. It is compact and cute and I'm sure it will work fine, but putting it together is frustrating.

This product is not good! It's cheaply made and it can't handle even one wet item! It's going to break! Not recommended
