Great looking retro lantern. Well made and works well, casting a gentle light.

Easy to use and gives off good light in our garden shelter. Well worth the money.

This is a sturdy lamp. I have an old and rusty (so not usable) hurricane lamp made in the UK in 1952, this new one feels just the same but I can use it. Easy to fill and light and easy to extinguish the flame. Took it on a holiday to a cottage by the sea, it added to the atmosphere of the place. Handy in case we get power cuts.

Nice little lantern. Not particularly heavily-built and robust, but does the job and burns brightly. Not difficult to fill, or to light, and would be great for a little light and warmth in a bothy or out in the back garden, maybe with some anti-midge oil in it, though you have to question whether a solar or battery LED lantern wouldn't do the job a little more safely in most cases. Still, if you're curmudgeonly and need the smell of paraffin for the authentic experience, this is a well-constructed lantern and we really like it. Just keep a fire extinguisher handy, make sure it's well-ventilated and make sure it's really gone out all the way when you turn it off. Rather nice.

Excellent product. bright and easy to use. flame burns well with no blackening of the glass. I use paraffin with no issues. the filler cap could be more sturdy but overall good product.

I can’t complain about functionality. This lamp does everything claimed by the manufacturer and works as advertised.The single issue I have with it, given its price, is that there’s nothing to distinguish this pressed metal lamp from alternative and far cheaper cousins.Ultimately this lamp works just fine, but if you’re looking for a discernibly premium feel to your paraffin lamp, you should probably keep looking.That said, if just want a lamp that works and couldn’t care less about aesthetics/value for money, then this lamp’s definitely for you.

Awesome sturdy lamp. Really pleased.

This is a decent piece of kit that is still made the same way as it has been for decades. With a well trimmed flame it went for over 20 hours per tank of lamp oil and after over a week of near constant use it has yet to need the glass cleaned. Would definitely recommend and really happy with the purchase.

La fotografía no se corresponde con la lámpara recibida. La fotografía de la imagen tiene brillo y en la descripción indica que es Bañada en estaño y lacada, pero la que he recibido es galvanizada. Solicito la devolución.

Che dire. Ottimo prodotto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Il prezzo un poco più alto degli altri prodotti similari è giustificato da una notevole e impeccabile qualità. Lo consiglio vivamente. L'imballaggio mi aveva fatto temere il peggio ma la lampada era a posto.

Die 276er Feuerhand ist ohnehin "Kult" und ich habe sie in der verzinkten und lackierten Version. Diese hier in "verzinnt" funktioniert logischerweise gleich gut wie die anderen (natürlich nur mit Rein-Petroleum und nicht mit "Lampenöl"). Optisch ist sie jedenfalls das "Top-Modell". Fürs Freie habe ich eine verzinkte nachträglich mit hochwertigem Ofenlack beschichtet. Korrosionsfrei seit mehreren "Meer-Aufenthalten". Die verzinnte bleibt unter Dach vor der Gartenhütte ;-)

Eine wirklich tolle Laterne.Hatte vorher mal so billige nachbau Teile.Die wirklich Schrott und NICHT zu vergleichen sind.Diese original Feuerhand ist wirklich top. Sie syfft und leckt nicht aus ihrem Tank wie es die billigen Brüder von ihr machen und ist schön hell und brennt sehr lange.Ich denke das es eine fürs Leben ist.klare Kaufempfehlung.

Eine echte Feuerhand macht sich einfach gut auf dem Campingplatz - sehr angenehmes Licht und heimelige Atmosphäre. Am besten verwendet man "richtiges" Petroleum und nicht irgendein billiges Lampenöl aus dem 1EUR-Shop - dann rußt auch nix und das Glas bleibt schön klar. Das nicht-beschichtete Modell glänzt am Anfang - danach beginnt es irgendwann anzulaufen und zu rosten (Patina!).
