Has anyone else gotten a slight red rash from these pants

Yes...a major, itchy, bumpy red rash. I used to wear TENS pads from other manufacturers for 12 hours a day at least, 7 days a week for months and no rash. These give me a rash after a few hours and the rash lasts for a week and it is incredibly itchy. I dont know if it's the pads or if I got more sensitive.

Will the pads fit an Accurelief dual channel Tens Unit?

We noticed that there are several types of Accurelief dual channel tens units in the market. If you choose the device with standard 2mm pigtail tens unit pads, they will be compatible with your units. However, if you refer to the devices with the snap pads, these pigtail pads will not be suitable for you.

Will these replace pads for an older tens unit Empi stimcare electrodes?

Empi is now South Dakota Partners and you can contact their customer service to get replacement electrodes, i am employed there and was when it was Empi.
