Floor debris gets stuck in the stick and is not easily removed, and therefore the vacuum does not continue to do its job!

I have several vinyl floors in my home and I have indoor cats. I found that when using a heavier vacuum, the cat litter would actually scratch my vinyl floor because the litter would go underneath the vacuum head and the head would drag the litter under the larger, flatter head before picking up the litter. Litter is pebbly and sandy. This vacuum, with the lightweight head, does NOT scratch my floor. I love it! The suction is great and it quickly and efficiently picks up litter, cat hair and dust.

When you have pets who have hair...it ends up being too much effort to use because it has to be emptied so often within one use.

Nice for the price, but the charge does not seem to last as long as specified. You definitely have to clean the filter out after each room of vacuuming. Overall it’s a pretty good product.

Purchase this vacuum and within about 6 weeks it completely fell apart!! Was very disappointed with my purchase!

This thing is terribly fragile. Broke after 3 uses. Appears to be design flaw, not just a defect.

Best cordless vacuum ever! Could almost replace my vacuum!! Love it so much!!
