Served its purpose for class . good price. Written by my actual professors. I would recommend this for anyone interested in lactation consulting.

This is an excellent resource for anyone considering becoming Baby Friendly. The authors give clear, evidence based research for the benefits of each of the ten steps and guidelines for overcoming obstacles.

While I am sure this book is a great option in hand I do not recommend the Kindle version. I ordered the kindle thinking the search feature would be great when I needed to quickly reference something, well... the search feature is not available for this book and to top it off the page #s are missing from the index of the Kindle version with rendered it useless to me. Amazon customer service was wonderful and did refund me the cost of the book but thought I'd share my experience.

There is a lot of markings and highlighting throughout the entire book makes it a difficult to focus on the material.
