This product is great for colored hair. The light strawberry smell is perfect and not too overwhelming.

I have very fine, thinner hair that is dry and frizzy (sounds lovely, doesn't it?!) I just got it colored at the salon when I received this shampoo so this was my first wash after professional coloring. I love the fact that this shampoo is clear and even though I am super scent sensitive, I actually really like the smell of this...it is subtle and fresh, very nice. I need all of my cosmetics to be gluten free due to an allergy so thankfully this met all of my picky requirements.I didn't get an amazing lather the first go around so I definitely had to wash twice. My hair felt a little silkier and flat as opposed to volumized and full as I so desperately need right after washing and rinsing...it also felt this way after styling. My color looks rich and perfect, not affected at all by the wash which actually happens to me sometimes right after getting it colored so this does an excellent job of color preservation as it claims.I am having a pretty good hair day one day after using it although again, I didn't get a ton of volume out of it...my hair is more on the silky smooth and flat side I would say. So overall, I think this is a keeper and I will definitely finish the bottle. I love the smaller travel size not only for trips, but actually I typically buy new shampoos that I try in this size. I'm wondering if my hair is extra silky because I just had it colored...it will be interesting to see how this performs over the month as my color starts to fade. I will update this review if my opinion changes drastically in either direction, but for now, I would say this shampoo is absolutely worth trying if you color your hair.

I got a sample of this at my school and from day one I loved it!!! The smell is amazing! Even though the shampoo is a little on the expensive side for the 10.1 ounce it last me for about two months!!! My hair has felt so much healthier since using this. My hair stylist is saying that it has gotten rid of my dandruff made my hair soft and shiny and it feels so much more clean for more days. She also said ever since I have started using this product my hair has grown so much more!!! I know this is for colored hair but it helped so much more than keeping color in my hair!!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

I have used Joico products before and they are always great quality. This shampoo is no exception. The first thing I noticed is how wonderful it smells! It also lathers up well and cleans my hair without stripping it and fading my color. The bottle holds a generous amount and is priced similarly to other premium hair care brands.

I don't like anything about it

I have brunette hair with bright red ends. Anyone who has had red hair knows how easily it runs from your hair. I usually use a cleansing conditioner because shampoo strips too much color. This shampoo doesn't strip my color, my ends are still bright and my hair is nice and clean

This is part of Joico's new environment-friendly line including ingredients and packaging. I have color-treated and bleached hair and this is a great shampoo - lathers wells and cleans my hair. If my hair is really dirty, I do have to wash 2x to really clean it, but that's normal with most shampoos. It's not drying and smells nice - a bit pricey, so I'd wait to see if there's a sale.

Read the fine print is all I can say. I did not; I judged the size of the bottle from the photo and thought it was the size of the other Joico products I've bought from salons in the past. This is a 1.7 oz bottle of shampoo for $11.00. I'll be lucky to get 6 washes out of it. Lesson learned.
