Good but costly.
Glass is sturdy but it is costly. While volume and size is upto the mark, this company doesn't provide 200 ml options which are also good for tea at office. Overall it is good but not value for money.

Cup Nesting problem
Product is alright, however, the nested cups were very difficult to separate. This was caused by some glue from bottom-side-outer surface of a cup, making the cup stick with the cup in which it was placed. Lost many cups due to the effort of separation. Allow the glue to dry before nesting!

They leak
They leak faster than you can drink your coffee .. Simply a bad product .. And not just one or two .. Every single cup leaks.
