Super gard represents a "modern concept" in acrylized emulsion polymer chemistry. It is a major breakthrough in reference to the total undercoater/sealer protection of all resilient and non-resilient floors, with the exception of unsealed wood floors. Super gard is formulated with metalized acrylic polymers, thereby achieving unusual levels of durability and permanency. Super gard is an excellent choice where protection from salt exposure is required. pH 8.8 +/- 0.5, White emulsion appearance, polymeric fragrance, freezing point about 32 degree Fahrenheit, 16.3 +/- 0.3 percent Solids, 212 degree Fahrenheit boiling point, solubility in water complete. Coverage 1700 to 2000 square feet per gallon (may vary due to differences in porosity of the surface). Slip resistance static coefficient of friction (James Machine) meets or exceeds 0.5 as determined by ASTM D2047-82.
