Perfect little pen
She's gorgeous and I love her. Yes, her.The writing is smooth and the grip is comfortable and ergonomic, the pen is lightweight and beautiful. Maybe not ideal for people who have big hands (it's pretty small!) or for those who have very small handwriting (it's not a fine tip!) but for me, it's perfect. Worth every penny.

Happy medium
Very happy with this pen, for the price. It feels much better in my hand than the disposable pens I'm accustomed to. The parts join together very well, and it gives the impression of being seamless. The sprung paperclip is a nice touch and feels good.I've tried this .38 as well as the uniball .28. I like both, but I prefer the .38 because it is impressively fine, yet has an acceptably smooth texture. The .28 is outrageously fine and very useful for details and tiny notes, but that gives it a rough writing texture and a delicate resistance that makes it feel like a bit too much for everyday writing. I like to use this pen for normal writing, and the .28 for filling forms and things like that.

Very black ink - favorite flowy little pen!
Absolutely love this little pen!! It took a minutes to get comfortable in my hand because it’s short and stubby but it’s my favorite pen - also got the .5 in another color and the combo is everything! I use it in my common planner which has the Tomoe river paper and does not bleed through. The ink is black black!!! Writes smooth very thin line and no skipping! Can smear if run over too quick or on certain types of paper, but on the tomoe paper it dries after a second or two and smearing doesn't impact me too much. Will smear with a highlighter or marker over top.

Good pen, but squeaky spring.
TL;DWR. The pen writes fantastically and has great ink, the body is above average in build quality and ergonomically very comfortable. However the spring isn't changeable and for me was squeaky right off the bat.The Uni-Ball One P is an interesting little pen with it's stocky design. The overall build quality is quite nice and It's no heavier or lighter than most pens; I found it quite comfortable to hold even with larger hands. The plastic body itself feels fairly premium?Definitely not cheap feeling but also not completely outstanding, with the walls of the pen being just a tad too thin for it's extra circumference, leading the barrel to have some "hollowness" to it. Which overall makes it feel less dense than you think it would. However the thicker body means it doesn't need any sort of grip or rubber to hold very comfortably. The click of the pen feels disappointingly soft and the spring is quite squeaky (more on the spring later) but the actual writing experience is very nice and the ink is incredible, outperforming my previous favorite ink from Energel. It's incredibly dark, very smooth flow and very very quick to dry (like seriously the only way I could get it to smear was inking a circle in completely and then very quickly running my finger across). The pen clip being made of metal and separate from the pen body is also very nice, it means you don't have to worry about a plastic piece that can break off as the metal would bend before it would break. Now about that spring... Well it's hidden, and not removable from what I can tell, and the same goes for the push button/thrust device. Which comes with both a pro and a con, the pro being you can't lose anything when opening the pen to change ink. The con being you can't replace the spring, period. Which I could actually see being a great thing if you're giving this to a kid who likes taking stuff apart. But if you're like me and want to be able to change the spring it's pretty unfortunate. Especially since it doesn't sound all that great out of the box, though it might be smoothed out with a little mechanical keyboard lube.Again, overall a great little pen. Very aesthetic appearance wise and also comfortable to hold. With the ink being the true hidden gem of this pen. (But I gotta dock a star for the squeaky spring)

Get this pen
Easy writing. The pen glides across the paper. It is lightweight in your hand. It is refill able, and the chunky shape is easy and comfortable to hold. This is a good value. The size makes it perfect for a purse or pocket. I like the clip, and the orange color.

Cute and High-Quality, But Surprisingly Short
I tried the Mitsubishi Pencil UMNSP05.28 Gel Ballpoint Pen Uni-Ball One P 0.5 in Banana and was charmed by its cute design and high-quality build. The ink flows smoothly, and the pen overall feels sturdy—a pleasure to write with. However, one surprising aspect was the pen's length, which is shorter than I expected. This shorter design does seem to increase stability and control, making it very comfortable to use for extended periods. I have average-sized hands for a woman of my height (5'3"), and it fits nicely in my grip. However, for those with larger or wider hands, this might pose a challenge, as the compact size could be less comfortable.Overall, it’s a great pen, especially if you value aesthetics and writing precision and your hand size suits a smaller pen.

almost a good pen.
It's short and comfortable. Being a very fine point it is very scratchy and isn't for all papers or heavy handed writers. The ink flow is on the dry side so with the fine point you get a lot of bad lines at speed. The clip while innovative doesn't have the grip tension to stay in pocket. That's a major problem. The Jetstream RT fills this pen's niche better if less stylishly.

Love
Love this pen. It’s cute, small, fits in pocket, bag wherever. The ink is a nice black, it writes smoothly, it feels nice in the hand, and the ink doesn’t smear too badly. Recommend
