It comes with a wrist loop, not a shoulder strap.

what kind of memory card does it use? I have tried two sd cards and it says "this card cannot be used".

Unless the card you are trying is bigger than 128GB my guess is the cards you tried were formatted for other cameras. Try putting the card in and formatting it in the Nikon camera.
