Simple and easy to use. So interesting that such a simple coil spring bar can give you such a Resistance workout. A friend recommended this to have my home as I was recovering from some health issues. Either have it sitting next to a chair or next to my bed so that if I have a few minutes, I might grab it and use it. I will say that, even though it looks easy, it’s much more difficult than it appears. I wish I would’ve gone to a lighter Resistance but I guess it’s pushing me to work harder. I also went online to see if there were more suggested positions and exercise
